I use a quota and
percentage system. Because of the smaller revenue generation, I use a
lower dollar and credit card % quota than I did at my last school. At my
last school, we didn’t hire work study students and so we added the bonus
as hours to the callers’ paychecks. Here, we hire almost exclusively work
study students and therefore can’t add hours of pay. So, I now purchase
gift certificates (grocery, clothes stores, etc.) that the students can
“buy” with their bonus.
