Kyle
worked at the University of Toronto for more than 16 years. He is a former national and international gymnastics coach,
who studied advertising and design prior to coming to University of
Toronto. He oversaw a team of 5 employees who specialize in the
marketing and management of non-philanthropic revenue generating
programs. These programs include affinity, sponsorship, travel, and
trademark initiatives. Under his leadership the University of
Toronto affinity and marketing programs have grown significantly,
there are presently in excess of 50,000 client accounts in the
various UofT programs. Kyle is the only Canadian to serve on the
Board of Directors of the International Collegiate Licensing
Association and acts as the Liaison for this association to the
University Advisory Committee of the Fair Labor Association. He has
been an active proponent of collaboration between Canadian
Universities and has spoken to this issue at CASE, CCAE, ICLA and at
various regional conferences across Canada. In 2002 he organized and
hosted "Brand Aid", an informal one day workshop which brought
together Canadian universities to discuss issues pertaining to
trademark and branding programs.
As the architect of Conference 360, he
has utilized his dynamic working relationships with the business
community and the educational sector to create a unique forum for
the exchange of ideas and best practices. |

Tamara Wojdylo is the Raiser's Edge Database Manager at VGH & UBC
Hospital Foundation, and principal at Fundraising Intelligence. She
founded Fundraising Intelligence in 2007, a nonprofit consulting
firm specializing in prospect research and donor database systems.
Tamara has been working in the nonprofit sector since 2000 and
received a certified fund raising executive, CFRE designation in
2005. She is a founding member of the BC Blackbaud User Group
organizing committee. On most warm weekends Tamara is exploring the
southern coastal BC via sailboat.![]() |
