Email AddressI was a student caller and supervisor at Baylor for my first 3 years of college. While finishing up my undergraduate degree I took over as the Assistant Director where my primary responsibility was our call center. Last year we broke all call center records set at our institution by raising $756,000. (The year before we raised $406,000 and the most ever was $515,000. The Baylor Fund also won a CASE Grand Award for the most Improved Annual Giving Program).

Email AddressIn 2005, Jane began her career in development at the University of California, Irvine.  For 5 ½ years at UCI, she has worked in the areas of Undergraduate Student Support, Major Gifts and Annual Giving. Her responsibilities included, but were not limited to, the implementation of all direct mail, eGiving and senior class campaigns. Currently, Jane is the Associate Director of Annual & Special Gifts at the USC Viterbi School of Engineering. Her responsibilities at the Viterbi School include managing and cultivating members for USC’s Viterbi Society; coordinating the Viterbi eNewsletter, direct mail and eSolicitation campaigns for the School; act as the head liaison between the Viterbi School and RuffaloCODY for their telemarketing campaign; and coordinating the stewardship process for their annual donors, Viterbi Society donors and major gift donors.

Karl is currently at the University of Washington and previously worked as Product Manager for SunGard BSR's Web Community and Document Management software, working with clients to determine the best strategic direction and most imperative gaps for those products. Most recently, he was the Advance Evangelist for the implementation of a new fundraising system at Columbia University. Karl has worked in higher education fundraising since 1992, when he started in Development Services at his alma mater, the College of William & Mary.
