Email AddressBrian Lacy began his development career at the University of Toronto 16 years ago as the first full time call center manager. He first became a Director of Annual Giving in his next position at Trent University. Brian then moved to the US and enjoy success as Director of Annual Giving at St. Francis University in PA, Kent State University, and finally the University of Connecticut. After three years at UConn he agreed to join HEP Development Services which is a very respected vendor in the wealth screening, data cleansing, and matching gift areas. Since joining HEP full time more than 3 years ago, Brian has worked with more than one thousand non-profit from colleges and universities to hospitals, hospices, food kitchens, fraternities and more. Brian continues to present occasionally, attend about a dozen conferences annually, and maintain several annual giving consulting clients.

He graduated from Sir George Williams University (now Concordia University) with a Bachelor of Commerce degree (major in accounting). Richard is also a Certified General Accountant and has successfully participated in the Executive Development Program, at Queen’s University in Kingston. He is a Trustee of the Education Foundation of CPAC. Richard started his career as an internal auditor with a large life insurance company in Canada. He later worked for a major trust company as Computer Auditor. He was the Controller and Treasurer for an advertising company and subsequently the Division Controller of a publicly traded international manufacturing company.

Richard joined Meloche Monnex in 1982 and has held various positions in finance, administration, human resources, and systems management.
