I
was a student caller and supervisor at Baylor for my first 3 years
of college. While finishing up my undergraduate degree I took over
as the Assistant Director where my primary responsibility was our
call center. Last year we broke all call center records set at our
institution by raising $756,000. (The year before we raised $406,000
and the most ever was $515,000. The Baylor Fund also won a CASE
Grand Award for the most Improved Annual Giving Program).
