Steve Alb, Director of The Book Store at Western, Books Plus, Campus Computer Store and Graphic Services

Steve Alb is the Director of The Book Store at Western, Books Plus, Campus Computer Store and Graphic Services and is responsible for administering the license and trademark at the University of Western Ontario. He started at The University in 2001 and previous to that was the District Manager at Chapters/Indigo. Steve has 22 years of experience in retail including sporting goods. In 2002, The Book Store at Western was recognized by publishers as Campus Bookstore of the Year.

Chuck Chan, Manager of Trademark Licensing and Brand Development, University of Toronto

A graduate of the Ontario College of Art and Design, Chuck has been the Manager of Trademark Licensing and Brand Development at the University of Toronto for the past 4 years. In his current role, he has helped spearhead a robust trademark licensing program regarded as a Canadian bench mark and industry standard. In previous roles at U of T, Chuck has been the Manager of Art Direction and Acting Director of Communications at Athletics.

Prior to joining U of T, Chuck was involved in design communications at IBM Canada and The Weather Network. Chuck remains an active illustrator, designer and communicator with his design communication company, Charlie Communications.
