Jim
Napier began his development career as a student caller and has
extensive experience as an annual giving professional. He is
currently working as the Associate Director for Mail and Marketing
with the Rutgers University Foundation. Before that, he oversaw
annual giving operations for Murray State University. Prior to
Murray State, he worked as the Assistant Director of the University
of South Florida's Annual Giving Department for five years. As a
freshman at the University of Missouri - Columbia, he began
his career in fund raising as a student caller. He also worked as a
program assistant for IDC, a fund raising consulting firm in
Henderson, Nevada. At IDC he received hands-on experience with IDC's
Phone/Mail philosophy of fund raising as well as calling-room
management experience.
