Fulfillment Report by Effort: This one is even more important than
the pledge by effort one to leadership as it reflects dollars in the
door. It is set up exactly the same, but instead of reflecting
pledged & fulfilled for the current year solicitation codes, it
reflects only fulfilled for any annual fund solicitation code no
matter the fiscal year for those gifts realized only in the current
fiscal year. Both these reports are used to focus on four key
objective areas: pledge dollars, pledge donors, fulfilled dollars,
and fulfilled donors. |
