Annual Giving Vs. Annual Fund by Gift Range
Purpose: Annual Fund Gift Range Report: This report is particularly useful in gauging the success of your leadership giving efforts. The key is that your colleges, department, divisions or segments should reflect similar % ratio trends as the whole university. A good mix to strive for is 33%/33%/33% mix in revenue among the giving levels.

In addition, this report helps to deflect criticism from the annual fund and back to the segment owners by noting the annual fund's influence on gifts above $5,000. Note the % impact columns in the report.
Frequency: Weekly or as requested.
Distributed to: Annual fund and management.
