 Annual Fund Manager

• Assist the Division Director in designing, implementing, managing and evaluating Division annual fundraising plan
• Responsible for Family Division grant research and writing
• Responsible for managing community events, donor cultivation, donor database, grant reporting, and other fundraising activities
• Track and monitor Programs Fundraising Plan, expense budget, as well as assuring financial goals, revenue and expense compliance
• Promote agency programs and leadership through community/corporate presentations in conjunction with Resource Development fund raising, and Marketing and Communications.
• Engage with CEO, CFO and key staff in annual strategic planning and budget process
• Cooperatively support government fundraising efforts including site-monitoring visits
• Ensure strong communication and collaborative relationships with Finance, Resource Development, Marketing, Human Resources, Volunteer Program, and Property Management
• Assist Director, Assistant Director and CFO in the creation of an annual balanced operating budget
• Plans, implements and reports on all Division direct mail, newsletter and other communication pieces
• Responsible for non-government grant compliance and reporting requirements as assigned by funders, Administration, and Data Management
• Enter volunteer, donor and finances in Raiser’s Edge database
• Perform speaking engagements and presentations on behalf of Family Division programs
• Assist Division Advisory Board
• Perform other duties as assigned by Division Director


• Must have experience in grant writing and broad spectrum of fundraising activities and strategies
• Strong initiative and leadership in concept development and program planning
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• Understanding of, and concern for, the issue of homelessness
• Ability to develop and support collaborations with other organizations
• Ability to work with a diverse population, both inside and outside the agency
• Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant experience in non-profit agencies
