I was a student caller and supervisor at Baylor for my first 3 years of college. While finishing up my undergraduate degree I took over as the Assistant Director where my primary responsibility was our call center. Last year we broke all call center records set at our institution by raising $756,000. (The year before we raised $406,000 and the most ever was $515,000. The Baylor Fund also won a CASE Grand Award for the most Improved Annual Giving Program).

Jane Ong, Development Coordinator, Office of Annual Giving, University of California, Irvine

An alumni of UC Irvine, Jane Ong has worked with UC Irvine's University Advancement since 2005. Jane has worked in the areas of Undergraduate Student Support and Major Gifts. In 2006, she became the Development Coordinator for the Office of Annual Giving. In her current role as Assistant Director of the Office of Annual Giving, Jane's main responsibilities include the implementation of all Direct Mail, eGiving and Senior Class Campaigns. Karl Otto

Karl is currently at the University of Washington and previously worked as Product Manager for SunGard BSR's Web Community and Document Management software, working with clients to determine the best strategic direction and most imperative gaps for those products. Most recently, he was the Advance Evangelist for the implementation of a new fundraising system at Columbia University. Karl has worked in higher education fundraising since 1992, when he started in Development Services at his alma mater, the College of William & Mary.
